GESHEMAS FROM JCN.

We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to all the Geshemas of 2023 who graduated from different nunneries. This year, a total of 7 nuns have attained Geshema Degrees, and we are proud to announce that the 21st and 22nd Geshemas of Jangchub Choeling Nunnery are Ven. Lobsang Choedon I and Ven. Lobsang Choedon II, both hailing from Tibet.

The two-day Geshema Damcha or Geshema debate was held in Bodhgaya on the 25th and 26th of November 2023. It was attended by all the nuns who had undergone the annual winter debate training and those who had attained Geshema this year.
